could get a clue! Dealing with the insurance companies after having an accident, what a pain. The biggest pain is when the "caveman insurance" company is trying to get out of paying it. They make the innocent party look like they did it.
It is a shame that people have to go through car accidents that they didn't cause and have to deal with the other people's insurance company. Why can't the insurance company talk to the police department of that city? The police report is right there. No. They have to go after the "injured party," just so they can weasle their way out of an insurance claim.
I suppose if that insurance company wouldn't pay we could legally take them to court. At that particular intersection there are cameras mounted up on the top. The court (or whoever) could run through these tapes and see what happened. It would be a clear cut case. Also if they were to look at the damage maybe they could figure it out what really happened and see who hit who.
I do not think too highly of the Cavemen people at all.

Is it your insurance or the other parties who is being a pain? About the cameras, I've heard those tapes aren't kept past a few days. Maybe you need to get a copy before it is deleted.
It is the Caveman insurance (the other guys). We let our Insurance company know about their treatment of the injured party.
