Graduation parties

This evening we went to a graduation party for a high school student. D and his mom (F) and dad (T) invited the church to come and share in the celebration.

The house is beautiful! It is out in the country and it has a huge deck that goes around the house in back. Also they have a little water fall complete with gold fish in the back. Then it has a woodsy view. It's so peaceful and serene out there. We saw F and T and talked to D. A very friendly, nice warm family, plus T is L's boss. We had hamburgers, chips, and pop. We talked to our church family while we were there too. It was like having a large Sunday School class party! :) We had some wonderful desserts to eat as well. I was taking "notes" thinking, "Yep, in four years S will have her graduation party. I think I'd liked to have it here and have T barbeque hamburgers for her." :-) Just kidding T, but it would be nice!

So after we left D's party we went home and decided to have a small party for S. Tomorrow is her big day out of Jr. High! So we quickly wrapped the present for her. She got a photo album from Gma "B" and some money, and we got her a digital camera so she could take pictures, etc. She liked our camera so much that I haven't even got to use it yet! LOL! We also gave her a little graduation bear "Class of 2007."

Tomorrow is the big day! Just hope she doesn't trip across the stage (Just kidding S) to receive her diploma and other awards.

Then 4 years later she'll be out of HS. Be ready T we're coming to your house for the party! :)
